Kevin Lennon

Kevin Lennon has more than 25 years experience in Journalism and Public Relations and has helped some of Canada's top business leaders with their communications challenges. He is known for his clear thinking under pressure, his winning strategies for dealing with controversial issues, and as one of Canada's top communications skills trainers.

Kevin has worked nationally and internationally in media relations, corporate reorganizations, financial communications, mergers and acquisitions, and employee communications. His experience as a journalist, working for Canadian wire services and newspapers, is regularly translated into practical advice about how to get positive media coverage - and minimize the impact of bad news situations.

Kevin works with clients in the telecommunications, entertainment, professional and amateur sports, retail, resources, energy, technology, manufacturing and financial sectors. He has also worked extensively with provincial and federal governments, managing international trade missions, major contract announcements and visiting foreign leaders.

Prior to founding Trillium Corporate Communications Inc., Kevin created and managed the Organizational Communications practice for Canada's largest Public Relations agency. Clients sought him out to help them manage major organizational changes and complex labour relations issues, quality improvement programs and employee recruitment and retention campaigns.

As a member of the International Association of Business Communicators, Kevin has served on the Boards of both the Toronto Chapter and at the national level. He is a much sought-after speaker and workshop leader on subjects ranging from communications planning, public relations and effective presentation and speech skills.

Kevin received a Bachelors degree in Journalism from Ryerson Polytechnic University.
